• Graduated 1992 from Clemson University with BS in Business Management, with minor in OSHA safety.
• While attending school, worked at IMS Belton handling payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and sales.
• Started working immediately with IMS Belton after graduation in 1992, started full time in 1992 with gross sales of $ 200,000.00. I increased sales to over $ 3,000,000.00 in 10 years.
• South Carolina General Contractor License Holder.
• South Carolina Mechanical Contractor License Holder
• Primary Qualifier in Mechanical Piping for South Carolina.
• September 2006 attended “The Essentials of OSHA Compliance” presented by National Seminars Group, a division of Rockhurst University.

Qualifications: Greg Campbell, Vice President / Project Manager
• Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology 1981 from Tri-County Technical College.
• Took Engineering classes from Clemson.
• First Milliken Micro-Processor Specialist at Judson Plant from 1981 until 1983.  Continued to work in Milliken projects from 1983 till 1988.
• Worked under Wallace Gregory as Project Engineer until 8/88 at Judson, New Holland, Cushman, Live-Oak and Kex plant on various projects.
• Plant Engineer Blair Mills in Belton SC 8/88 to 7/94.
• Project Manager for Pittman’s Textile 7/94 to 2/2/01.
• Currently Project Manager for IMS Belton from 2/2/01.
• Mechanical Qualifier in Master Electrical for South Carolina in 2002.
• Master Electrician State of Georgia in June 2003.
• Contracted to Milliken for Hillcrest NL3 Installation as Project Manager.
• Master Electrician for North Carolina 2004
• 1st Aid/CPR trained

Qualifications: Dale Whitmire, Electrical Project Manager
• Electrical background in explosion proof and intrinsically safe environments including chemical plants.
• 31 years in Electrical Maintenance & supervision.
• Very experienced in installation & maintenance for Opening, Fabrication & Finishing textile equipment. • Waste Treatment – new installations & upgrades
• Power Distribution – terminate 15kv, 480 & 600V
• Control systems & Drive Installations & upgrades
• Hill Electric – Superintendent  1982-2003
• PCE – Owner      2003-2011
• IMS Belton – Electrical Project Mgr.   2011 to present
Qualifications: David Montjoy, Mechanical Project Manager
  • 40 plus years in pipe fabrication and welding
  • 37 years as beginning apprentice to production manager at BF Shaw/CB&I, Laurens, SC
  • 6 years as production manager at P&M Fabrications, Union, SC
  • Graduate of the Plumbers & Pipe Fitters Apprenticeship Program, Greenville, SC
  • Graduate of the Advanced Welding Training Program, Greenville Technical College
  • Trained in safety, quality and production
  • Joined IMS Belton 2017
Qualifications: Mike Taylor, IMS Shop Foreman / Fabrication Foreman
• Employed by IMS since 2011.
• Fabrication work is headed by Mike in our shop.
• Warp trucks, Guards and Handrails are fabricated in our shop.
We have other people with experience in these fields. We prefer to do Turn-Key projects including piping, millwright, electrical, welding, and metal fabrication.
We also provide people for general maintenance work such as janitorial, painting, sandblasting, roll covering, core drilling, changing light bulbs, removing lint from ceilings & floors, pouring concrete, repair ducts, rebuild 1000 horsepower air compressors, construct display boards, etc..
